Choose the Right Delivery Option:

Consider whether a vehicle the size of a fire engine would encounter issues parking or accessing your road or driveway. If your answer is "Yes," please select "Bespoke Delivery" at checkout so we can accommodate the delivery of your new flooring.

Please be aware that if you fail to select bespoke delivery in case of restricted access, the delivery may not be successful, resulting in a redelivery fee.

Provide Delivery Instructions:

To minimize delays, include any specific delivery instructions in the order comments at checkout.

Don’t Miss Your Delivery:

Keep an eye out for a notification detailing your two-hour delivery window. Make sure to be present to accept your flooring. If no one is available upon the driver’s arrival, a redelivery fee may be charged.

After Delivery

Inspect Your Order: Once received, please check the packs to ensure you’re satisfied with the order and that everything is in excellent condition.
